A hood structure (10) is equipped with an outer panel (18) that forms an outside of a hood (12), an inner panel (20) that is joined to the outer panel (18) and forms an inside of the hood (12), a striker (14) that is disposed at a front portion of the inner panel (20) and is locked by a lock mechanism (16), and a reinforcing portion (28) that is disposed at front of the striker (14) in the inner panel (20). The reinforcing portion (28) is configured by a plurality of beads (30) formed by causing the inner panel (20) to partially project being arranged in a vehicle width direction and a vehicle front-rear direction.",
