The line enters into a distributor housing (3a) downstream of the manifold, and guided through the housing. A turbine housing (1a) accommodates one of the turbines, and designed for forming a liquid cooling unit with a coolant jacket (1c), where the distributor housing has a control element (7) i.e. pivotable flap (7a). An independent claim is also included for a method for operating an internal combustion engine.",
