A position measurement unit (11) measures a present position to sequentially store positional data in a positional data storage area (121). A positional data processing unit (14) determines, on the basis of the positional data sequentially stored, whether a user stays in one area for over a predetermined time, and if it is determined so, the positional data processing unit (14) stores, as locational information, positional data at that point of time in a locational information storage area (122). Also, if a function of a functional unit group (13) is used, or if a predetermined external device or service is used via a communication unit (15), then the positional data processing unit (14) stores positional data at the time of the use in the locational information storage area (122) as locational information.
