The management system is designed to control electrical operating condition such as charging current and/or discharge current of the device in dependence of the temperature. Anode temperature sensors (58-1, 58-2) and cathode temperature sensors (56-1, 56-2) measures the temperature of anode and cathode of the device, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a method for monitoring and controlling electrical operating condition of an accumulator.",
