The end wall (121) has a groove (1211). The fastening portion (11) fastens the fixing stage (101). The penetrating portion (1022) penetrates in the end wall (121) via the groove (1211). The block (123) embeds the corresponding through opening (1021). The engaging portion (1221) engages two sides of the wiper arm (102). Therefore, it is convenient to assemble the wiper arm (102) on the combining stage (1), thus preventing loose attachment.",
