Hybrid power driving system and the driving method

The present invention provides a hybrid power driving system comprising: an engine (100), a first motor (200) connected to the engine (100), a second motor (300), a driving shaft (500) connected to the second motor (300), a battery (600) electrically connected to the first motor (200) and the second motor (300), and a tri-state overrunning clutch (400) designed to connect the first motor (200) and the second motor (300), and may be in an overrun state, an engaged state or a disengaged state.
