The machine (1a) has two rotors (5a, 5b) rotatably mounted opposite to stators (2a, 2b) and rotated independent of each other. The rotors are arranged on a common shaft (7a) that re-clamps the rotors. The rotors are rotatably mounted on the shaft. One of the rotors is fixedly connected with the shaft. The stators are attached to the rotors and controlled independent of each other. The rotors are coupled with planetary gears (9a, 9b). The rotors are connected with the planetary gears by hollow shafts (11a, 11b), which are mounted on the common shaft.
