The mobile identification transmitter has a housing (10) in which electronics (30) and a communication unit (31) are arranged, where the communication unit is brought into communication with a communication element (3) of the security system. A payment element (40) is removably fastened in a receptacle (11) of the housing. A closure (20) is separately arranged on the housing. The identification transmitter is set in a normal state (4) and a secure state. The payment element is removed from the receptacle, and the closure seals and protects the receptacle in the secure state.
