The capacitor cell consists of a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and an organic electrolyte. The positive electrode comprises a mixture of lithium ion insertion compounds and porous carbon materials. The negative electrode is hard carbon. The electrolyte contains an organic solvent electrolyte containing lithium ions. The super capacitor cell has high energy density of 20-90 Wh/Kg and high power density of greater than 4500 W/Kg, which can be widely used in electric automobiles, electric tools, solar energy storage devices, wind energy storage devices and portable appliances.",
