The device (1) has a storage body (2) defining a storage space (4) accessible through an opening (6). A cover (8) is moved between an open position and a closed position in which the cover closes the opening. A locking unit (38) is moved between a locking position in which the locking unit prevents a passage of the cover of partially open position to open position, and an unlocking position in which the locking unit allows a portion of the cover to the open position. An actuating member (50) is actuated for passing the locking unit from the locking position to the unlocking position.
