The assembling stage (10) has a through groove (11), an elastic blocking slice (12), and a first fastening groove (13) which is formed at one side edge of the elastic blocking slice (12). The first fastening groove (13) fastens on the windshield wiper fixing stage (4). The assembling stage (10) has a containing groove (100) on a top surface thereof to accommodate the hook arm (2).
