A vehicle hood structure capable of both raising the energy absorbing ability when an impacting body has impacted a hood and enhancing deformation properties of the hood during a frontal collision. A framework formation section 26 configuring a central region 24 in a hood inner panel 18 is provided with beads 30 and indented portions 32 formed to extend along the hood front-rear direction. Plural through holes 34 are formed at a hood front-rear direction substantially central portion of the framework formation section 26 in a row along the hood width direction. The through holes 34 are formed in bottom portions 32A of the indented portions 32. Beads 22 are also formed in the two hood width direction edge portions 20C, 20D in positions aligned with the hood front-rear direction positions of the through holes 34.
