  "textContent": "The cell has a first electrode including an active material in which lithium-plus cations are inserted, a second electrode and an electrolyte. The active material has compound formed of lithium nickel silicon oxide, where nickel is replaced by cobalt, manganese, iron or titanium. The active material is in the form of nano-dispersion element i.e. organic binder, of a condensed compound with an electronic conducting additive i.e. carbon. The electrolyte comprises an aprotic polar solvent in which salt is dissolved. The second electrode comprises a material selected from a group consisting of metal lithium, lithium alloy, lithium oxide, a material of structure comprising lithium and titanium, a lithium and transition metal nitride, carbon and a lithium intercalation compound. The salt is selected from a group consisting of lithium perchlorate, lithium hexafluoro arsenate, lithium tetrafluorophosphate lithium bis(perfluoroalkyl)sulfonimides, Lithium methanesulfonate, lithium nitrosulfoxide (LiN(RFSO 2) 2and LiN(RFSO 2) 2), where RF is selected from a group consisting of fluor atom and perfluoroalkyl group containing between 1 and 8 carbon atoms.",
