An excitation unit enables excitation of excitation parts of the masses. A detection unit detects movement of detection parts of the masses. A control unit controls the excitation unit and the detection unit. The sensors are coupled with each other by an inner-sensor coupling structure. The inner-sensor coupling structure is elastically deformable, and transmits excitation vibrations from XY-axis to YX-axis. The excitation unit is an electrostatic, piezoelectric or magnetic type excitation unit, and the detection unit is a capacitive, piezoelectric, magnetic or piezoresistive type detection unit. The sensors are formed of gyrometers or accelerometers.",
