A first printed circuit board section (101) is arranged at the part, and an incremental encoder (104) is fastened to a second printed circuit board section (102). The encoder is guided through a hole (206) of the part. A flexible third printed circuit board section (103) connects the first and second sections, where a plane of the second section is inclined with respect to a plane (105) of the first section. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting an electrical or electronic operating part for a motor vehicle.
