Each centripetal extension portion of a torus, a lock-up clutch, and a pendulum assembly radially faces and adjoins the center alignment surface respectively. The centrifugal extension portion and the centripetal extension portions are fastened by a plurality of common fastening members disposed to be spaced apart from one another in a circumferential direction. Therefore, the centers of the torus, the lock-up clutch, and the pendulum assembly may be aligned directly with the center of the output hub.",
