A headrest plug-in structure may have a backrest and a headrest. An upper part of the backrest may be provided with a sleeve assembly. The sleeve assembly May have a plug-in channel. A second electrical connector may be provided within the plug-in channel. The headrest may have a headrest rod adapted to the plug-in channel. A first electrical connector may be fixedly provided at a lower end of the headrest rod. The first electrical connector may be capable of being plugged into the second electrical connector for conduction. A second magnetic attraction element may be integrated on the second electrical connector. A first magnetic attraction element may be located at any position along a height direction of the plug-in channel. Under the action of magnetic attraction between the two magnetic attraction elements, the second electrical connector can be held at a height position corresponding to the first magnetic attraction element.
