The device (12) has a plate (40) defining an anchoring orifice (58) that is opened in one of an upper surface (50) and a lower surface (52) of the plate. A connecting element (44) connects the plate and an opening frame of a vehicle. The connecting element comprises an anchor (80) fixed in the anchoring orifice and a flexible link (82) extending between the anchor and a free end (100). The anchor is fully contained in the anchoring orifice without being projected beyond the upper surface and the lower surface of the plate.
