DRIVE
October 17, 2012
The device (1) has a pneumatic module (5), which monitors the air pressure of a braking system (2) by pressure sensors (4), and a control module (6), which controls one or multiple braking systems. The control module receives the position data of a vehicle. The braking system comprises an air brake and a spring-loaded brake. The pneumatic module comprises pressure sensors for recording the pressure of the brake systems and the pressure of a main air line (10). The control module comprises a signal driving line (41), which controls a spring storage controller (9). An independent claim is included for a method for monitoring and control of a braking system for unrolling protection of parked vehicles.
