In an embodiment a method for complementing a braking force of a vehicle includes determining that a braking complement condition of the vehicle is satisfied, driving an air suspension to control a tire to be in contact with a ground surface, determining whether a pressure of an air tank of a braking complement system is smaller than a reference pressure, and, in response to determining that the pressure of the air tank of the braking complement system is smaller than the reference pressure, driving a compressor of the braking complement system through a driving unit.
