A pull-out opening (26) directed to the resin portion (55) for pulling out the charging cable (21) is formed in the cable reel (20). A take-out opening (41) for taking out the charging cable (21) pulled out from the pull-out opening (26) from the front door (50) to outside of the vehicle is formed in the resin portion (55). This configuration can improve workability during charging.",
