METHOD FOR PREPARING POLYMER, POLYMER AND USE, SEPARATOR, BATTERY, AND ELECTRICAL DEVICE

A method for preparing a polymer includes: mixing a polymer monomer, an initiator, and an emulsifier to obtain a mixture, where the polymer monomer includes an acrylate monomer; the initiator includes at least one of a persulfate initiator, an acyl peroxide initiator, and an azo initiator; and the emulsifier includes an anionic emulsifier; allowing the mixture to undergo polymerization to obtain a polymer emulsion, where the viscosity of the polymer emulsion at 25° C. is 100 mPa·s to 2,000 mPa·s, and the solid content of the polymer emulsion is 20% to 60%; and granulating the polymer emulsion to obtain the polymer.
