Inverter/charger integrated device for a vehicle and control method

An inverter/charger integrated device is provided. The inverter/charger integrated device includes: a three-phase motor; a rectifying unit configured to rectify AC power for charging a battery and output the rectified AC power to the three-phase motor; a rectifier/inverter integrated unit configured to be connected to the rectifying unit and charge the battery; and a control unit configured to control the charging of the battery and an operation of the three-phase motor. The rectifying unit includes at least one rectifier according to a charging mode of the battery.
