The valve features a cylindrical main body with an internal fuel passage divided by a partition into upstream and downstream sections, connected via a communication hole. The main body houses a first valve, a second valve, and a seal member. The first valve controls the communication hole from the upstream side, actuated by a drive unit, while the second valve operates from the downstream side, opening when chamber pressure exceeds a set bias. The seal member provides a seal around the communication hole opening. An extended portion of the main body downstream from the partition is cooled by gaseous fuel that impinges upon the expended portion after adiabatic expansion through the communication hole.",
