The controller stores a plurality of pieces of content in the storage unit, acquires, in a case where a charging start condition of the vehicle is satisfied, a charging time of the vehicle predicted based on a charging condition of the vehicle, selects one or more pieces of the content from among the plurality of pieces of content based on the charging time, and provides the selected one or more pieces of the content to the vehicle via a LAN.
