The fuel cell stack has a top surface and a bottom surface that are opposite and parallel to each other, the top surface and the bottom surface are parallel to an X-Y plane fabricated by an X-axis and a Y-axis. A first surface and a second surface, opposite and parallel to each other, are between the top surface and the bottom surface. The first surface and the second surface are parallel to an X-Z plane fabricated by the X-axis and a Z-axis. The X-axis, the Y-axis and the Z-axis are perpendicular to each other. The clamping apparatus comprises at least one first pressing part, at least one second pressing part, at least one first fastening part, at least one second fastening part, and a plurality of connection assemblies.",
