The case is provided with a pressure relief groove; the cell is arranged within the case and includes a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, and a separator located between the positive and negative electrode plates; the negative electrode plate includes a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active material layer located on the negative electrode current collector, the negative electrode active material layer including a silicon-carbon composite material; and a ratio of a Dv50 of the silicon-carbon composite material to a depth of the pressure relief groove ranges from 0.06 to 0.6.
