A power-saving action management device includes: an information input unit configured to acquire information relating to a temporal change in power consumption of a power consuming device and information representing that the user has performed an intention expression operation that is an operation expressing an intention to spontaneously perform power saving; an analysis unit configured to analyze a relation between the change in the power consumption of the power consuming device and the user's intention expression operation; and a display unit configured to display a result of the analysis performed by the analysis unit, wherein the analysis unit identifies whether the user has performed a power-saving action for the power consuming device before/after the user's intention expression operation, and the display unit, in a case in which it is identified that the user has performed the power-saving action, displays the result.
