A command device (10; 10'; 10''; 10‴) for a motor vehicle (1; 1'; 1"; 1‴) comprising a base (11) configured to be fixed to a portion (2) of the motor vehicle (1; 1'; 1"; 17‴) and comprising a guide (12; 12''). The command device also comprises a movable selector (13; 13‴), which is movable along the guide (12; 12'') and comprises, in turn, a stem (30) and a knob (31; 31‴), which is operatively connected to the stem (30). The knob (31; 31‴) comprises at least one selection device (32; 34‴, 35‴) configured to receive, in use, an input from a user and to generate a corresponding signal indicative of said input. The command device (10; 10') further comprises an electronic control unit (51; 51'; 51‴) operatively connected to the selection device (32; 34‴, 35‴). The electronic control unit (51; 51'; 51‴) is configured to control at least one parameter associated with the motor vehicle (1; 1'; 1''; 1‴) based on said signal.
