A battery pack includes a housing; a cell assembly including n cell units connected in series; a sampling circuit including n sampling terminals connected to the n cell units in one-to-one correspondence; and a processor electrically connected to the sampling circuit and used for monitoring the state of the cell assembly. The processor is configured to, when receiving a sampling instruction, sample the n sampling terminals to acquire pieces of sampling data and determine the voltages of the n cell units or the voltage of the battery pack based on the pieces of sampling data. The sampling time interval t1 between two adjacent samplings has a value range of 10µs ≤ t1 ≤ 50µs.
