A clutch-type air compressor system and a control method and control apparatus thereof. The clutch-type air compressor system includes a clutch-type air compressor, a natural aspiration pipeline connected to the atmosphere, a supercharged intake pipeline leading to an engine intake pipe, and an intake control valve disposed at a front end of an intake port of the clutch-type air compressor; the natural aspiration pipeline and the supercharged intake pipeline are connected to the intake port of the clutch-type air compressor via the intake control valve, and the intake control valve is allowed to switch on the natural aspiration pipeline or the supercharged intake pipeline alternatively.
