An upper cover includes a resilient prong disposed above the second end of the biasing member, wherein a top cover is configured to: (1) press the resilient prong is against the second end of the biasing member to place the first terminal in electric contact with the second terminal; and (2) allow the resilient prong to be free of the second end of the biasing member when the top cover is removed wherein the second end of the biasing member is spaced apart from the other of the first terminal and the second terminal and disconnect power.",
