A lift is removably attached to the mounting member and the lift is actuatable in a lifting condition and a lowering condition. A pivoting member is removably attachable to the lift and a stanchion is coupled to and extends upwardly from the pivoting member. A support grill is pivotally coupled to the pivoting member. The support grill is positionable in a first position for supporting a garbage can thereby facilitating the garbage can to be transported with the vehicle. Conversely, the support grill is positionable in a stored position having the support grill lying on a vertical plane.",
