The housing includes a first end wall, the electrode terminal is disposed on the first end wall, the protective member covers an outer surface of the first end wall, a first through hole is provided on the protective member, and the first through hole is configured to expose the electrode terminal. A cavity configured to store liquid is formed between the protective member and the first end wall. The battery cell has relatively high reliability.
