A second pin (58) extends from the longitudinal axis (56) in close proximity to the first end (52). A third pin (60) extends from the longitudinal axis (56) in close proximity to the first end (52). A fourth pin (68) extends from the longitudinal axis (56) in close proximity to the second end (54). The first pin (50) is configured to be received between a hitched position (70) and an unhitched position (72) in a member (28) having an upper portion (38), a lower portion (40), and a hitch area (42) positioned between the upper portion (38) and the lower portion (40).
