With the inventive heating and cooling system (1), the cooling system using energy-spending systems such as fan, etc. never or at minimum level to operate in a continuous and sustainable manner by developing innovative heat sinks and heat transfer mechanisms with heat pipe and enabling the heat which is drawn from inside of the cabin during cooling to be taken out at sufficient and sustainable capacity continuously without opening a window or a new ventilating duct and needing methods such as opening the window slightly, forming ventilating opening for ventilation by additional fans, opening the roof window slightly that create weakness with respect to safety of the parked vehicle against incidents such as theft above all.",
