The straps are extendable around a headrest of a driver's seat of a vehicle to retain the panel on the headrest thereby positioning the panel behind a driver's head when the driver is seated in the driver's seat. A proximity unit is integrated into the panel and the proximity unit senses a distance between the panel and the driver's head when the driver is seated in the driver's seat. Furthermore, the proximity unit emits a perceptible alert when the proximity unit senses the distance between the panel and the driver's head exceeds a trigger distance to alert the driver that the driver's head has tilted forwardly as a result of falling asleep.",
