The frame (11) has a pivot bearing (18) exhibiting two bearing bushes and bearing pins, where the bearing bushes completely enclose the bearing pins. A base part (20) and a flap (17) are separated from each other and made from plastic injection molding parts. The bearing pins are aligned opposite to each other. An air gap is formed between the bearing bushes and the bearing pins. The bearing bushes are freely accessible on one side in axial direction. The flap is pivoted between an open position and a closed position.
