A first insulating layer is disposed on the end face of the first end. A second insulating layer is at least partially disposed on the surface of the transition region and includes a thermoplastic polymer. The thermoplastic polymer has a volumetric particle size distribution DV50 of 6-10 μm and a maximum particle size Dmax of 90-110 μm. The electrode sheet improves the reliability of the battery cell.",
