The controller includes an MPPT control unit (32) which follows a maximum power point with a period based on a zero-cross detection signal of a system voltage based on an input signal acquired by subtracting a value obtained by multiplying a droop gain simulating drooping characteristics, a control unit (CTRL) which outputs a direction value in such a manner that a difference between a reference output from the MPPT control unit (32) and the input signal becomes zero, and a PWM comparator (38) which outputs a PWM signal based on the direction value and a triangular wave voltage.",
