Generation and pesonalised search of geotagged voice blogs

The contact-related language file package including voice messages (411,412) is received by a server computer from mobile user device (400) that codes the speech into a voice file. The communication between the users and the behavior of the user are determined by the contact weight assigned to the contact of the user. The contact-related language file package is sent to another mobile user device depending on the result of comparison of the content to the requesting descriptive characterizing feature received from another user device and the contact weight. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) server computer; and (2) mobile user device.
