A saddle-riding type vehicle has a storage box disposed behind a head pipe and above an engine unit, a fuel tank disposed behind the storage box and obliquely above and behind the engine unit, and a riding seat disposed above the fuel tank. A seat supporting frame 77 extending rearward and upward from rear parts of a pair of left and right main frames 13 and crossing a front part of a fuel tank 19 is provided between the pair of left and right main frames 13 with an upper end of the seat supporting frame 77 supporting a front part of a riding seat 20, and an antilock brake control unit 37 is disposed at a position covered with the seat supporting frame 77 from above. This allows the antilock brake control unit to be provided without affecting the capacity of the storage box
