The negative electrode sheet includes an electrode sheet body, a tab, and a connecting member. The electrode sheet body includes a plurality of layers of carbon fibers. At least two of the plurality of layers of carbon fibers are connected to the connecting member. The tab is electrically connected to the electrode sheet body through the connecting member.
