The system also comprises a client computing device configured to send a request for vehicle movement path simulation data, and a server in communication with the one or more data sources and the client computing device. The server comprises a processor configured to receive the request for vehicle movement path simulation data and deliver the vehicle movement path simulation data to the client computing device via the network. A method comprises determining a geographic position from the movement plan and retrieving data associated with the geographic position from the data sources. The method further comprises creating view volume data from the retrieved data and transmitting the view volume data over the network to a client computing device.",
