The LLZO material includes a plurality of large LLZO particles and small LLZO particles. Then an oxygen assisted sintering is performed on the composite LCO particles to form a plurality of sintered powders. A first LLZO interphase layer is formed between each large LLZO particle and the respective large LCO particle. A second LLZO interphase layer is formed between each small LLZO particle and the respective large LCO particle. Then the sintered powders are mixed with a plurality of first carbon nanotubes.",
