A method of manufacturing an electrode current collector includes preparing a mixed powder by mixing an alloy powder containing Ni and Cu with CeO2, manufacturing a molded body by applying a pressure to the mixed powder, and subjecting the molded body to a heat treatment at 450 to 1,000° C.
