A support shaft (13) is provided upright at a center portion of an outer wall (12), and a spherical portion (12b) is formed in the outer wall (12). The fitting portion (21) has a hollow hemisphere dome shape and includes a spherical side wall portion (22) and a ceiling portion (23) which has a wave shape in cross section. The fitting portion (21) is lightly press-fitted to the joint portion (11) through one-touch insertion operation.
