An auxiliary power storage device (18) stores power to be supplied to the auxiliary load (16). A diode (26) permits discharging of the auxiliary power storage device (18) while preventing charging of the auxiliary power storage device (18) during the external charging. A current sensor (28) detects discharging of the auxiliary power storage device (18). A controller (30) adjusts an output voltage (Vc) of the AC/DC converter (24) while confirming whether or not the auxiliary power storage device (18) discharges, based on a detection value of the current sensor (28).",
