The load carrier (16b) has support portions for supporting a load. The holder (12b) is detachably connected to the load carrier by load carrier connection portion (56b). The connecting portion (57) is provided in the holder for connecting with the load carrier connection portion. The holder is releasably connected with load carrier adapter portion (15b) by using arm connecting portions (55b). A form-fit surface arrangement (69) is provided for rotational supporting the load carrier with respect to a vertical axis.
