Vehicle load carrier box with flexible safety material

The present invention relates to a vehicle load carrier box (10) attachable to a surface of a vehicle (13) for transporting a load on the vehicle (13). The vehicle load carrier box (10) comprises a base member (20) defining a storage void, a lid (40) pivotally connected to the base member (20) and moveable between an opened and closed position. A flexible safety material (60) is arranged inside of the vehicle load carrier box (10) and adapted to secure the load inside of the vehicle load carrier box (10) by overlapping the load.
